Terms & Conditions

I. Subject and General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relations between BRIGHT FUTURE BG LTD, entered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Bulgaria with UIC 205623291, with registered office: Sofia, Vitosha district, r.c. Buxton, bl. 16, ent. B, fl. 7, ap. 35 (hereinafter referred to as "Jobbri", "We", or "The Platform"), and all individuals and legal entities visiting and using the website www.jobbri.co.uk ("Users", "Employers", "Job Candidates").
Jobbri acts solely as an IT platform provider, hosting information and connecting Job Seekers with Employers. We are not a recruitment agency, we do not act as an intermediary in employment relations, and we do not partake in actual hiring decisions or contract negotiations. The use of the platform is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

II. User Accounts and General Obligations

  1. Eligibility: To use our services, Users guarantee that they are at least 18 years old, possess full legal capacity, and have the right to conclude a contract.

  2. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Users agree to notify Jobbri within 72 hours of any unauthorized use of their account.

  3. Information Accuracy: Users are obliged to provide correct, complete, and up-to-date data. Jobbri does not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of contacts created by users, nor the content of published ads or uploaded resumes.

  4. Prohibited Conduct: Users are strictly forbidden from:

  • Publishing materials of a discriminatory, defamatory, offensive, or threatening nature.

  • Distributing information containing malicious software or viruses.

  • Posting advertisements for multi-level marketing (MLM), franchises, or business opportunities requiring advance payments.

  • Editing or publishing information on behalf of third parties without explicit consent.

III. Artificial Intelligence (AI), Video CVs, and Area Guides

  1. AI Integration: Jobbri utilizes third-party Artificial Intelligence services (including Google Gemini) to provide AI Match Scores and interview question suggestions. The AI tools serve strictly as assistive technology. Jobbri does not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning the data subject under Article 22 of the GDPR. All hiring decisions are made exclusively by human Employers. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated insights.

  2. Video CVs and Screening: Job Seekers have the option to record a 60-second Video CV. By using this feature, you explicitly consent to the processing and hosting of your visual and audio biometric data by Jobbri for recruitment purposes. You retain the right to delete your Video CV at any time.

  3. Area Guide and Maps: The location data, public transport routes, and walking estimates provided via our Area Guide are for informational purposes only. Jobbri assumes no liability for inaccuracies or delays caused by relying on this map data.

IV. Jobbri Coins (JBC) and Paid Services for Employers

  1. Virtual Currency: Employers utilize a point-based credit system known as "Jobbri Coins" (JBC) to access premium features. JBC are a virtual platform currency and possess absolutely no real-world monetary value outside the www.jobbri.co.uk ecosystem. JBC cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or transferred.

  2. Grants: The "Early Adopter Grant" (e.g., 10,000 JBC) is a promotional tool and does not constitute a financial deposit or monetary liability for BRIGHT FUTURE BG LTD.

  3. Purchases and Boosts: Purchasing Premium tiers or "Magic Boosts" guarantees elevated search visibility, but Jobbri does not guarantee a specific number of applications or successful hires. Payments for services and JBC top-ups are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

V. Specific Terms for Job Candidates
By creating a profile and applying for an advertisement, the Job Candidate explicitly authorizes Jobbri to share their personal data, CV, and contact information with the respective Employer. The Candidate accepts the risk that their profile may be viewed by their current employer if they make it visible.

VI. Employer Obligations and Data Controller Status

  1. Employers who unlock candidate profiles, save candidates to "Talent Pools", or receive applications become independent Data Controllers of that specific personal data.

  2. Employers are legally bound to comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 when processing, storing, or contacting candidates found through Jobbri.

  3. Employers must not use the contact information of Job Seekers for any marketing, promotional, or non-recruitment purposes.

  4. Ad Compliance: Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job advertisements. All postings must comply with the UK Equality Act 2010.

VII. Community Hub Guidelines
Users participating in the Jobbri Community Hub must adhere to professional conduct. Jobbri enforces a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, harassment, and spam. We reserve the right to remove posts, comments, or terminate user accounts immediately and without prior notice if these guidelines are violated.

VIII. Limitation of Liability
BRIGHT FUTURE BG LTD, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising out of the use or inability to use the platform. We are not liable for damages caused by system errors, loss of information, or unauthorized access.

IX. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The servers hosting the platform are located in the United Kingdom. However, the legal entity managing the platform is registered in the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Bulgarian law and shall be resolved exclusively by the competent Bulgarian courts.
