Click "Sign Up" and select the Employer portal. You will go through a quick 2-step onboarding where you provide your official company name, industry, and upload your logo and banner.
Go to the Employer login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered email, and we will send you a secure link to create a new password. The link expires in 60 minutes for security reasons.
Yes! Go to "My Company" > "Team Accounts". You can invite recruiters via email. They will create their own login but will share your company's JBC balance, job posts, and Talent Pools. You control their permissions.
To permanently delete your company account and all associated data, please navigate to your Account Settings and scroll to the bottom. Note that this action is irreversible and active job posts will be removed instantly.
During the "Post a Job" wizard, simply enter the Job Title. Our integration with Google Gemini AI will automatically write a professional, SEO-optimised job description with bullet points tailored to the UK market.
Yes. You can edit the description, salary, and requirements. However, to prevent "Bait-and-switch" scams, the Job Title and Category are locked once published. If you made a typo, you will need to pause the job and create a new one.
Go to your Dashboard > "My Jobs". Click the Pause (Stop) button next to the active job. It will be moved to the Inactive tab, and candidates will no longer be able to apply.
When a candidate applies, our AI compares their CV directly against your job description. It generates a percentage match score, highlights reasons to hire, points out potential red flags, and suggests 3 specific interview questions.
Instead of exchanging emails, you can propose an interview directly from the candidate's profile. Select available time slots. The candidate can accept (which syncs to your calendar) or request a reschedule within the platform.
Talent Pools are your mini-CRM. If you find a great candidate but are not hiring immediately, you can bookmark them into custom folders (e.g., "Future Managers") and contact them later without losing their profile.
For Premium job posts, you can request candidates to answer a specific question via a 60-second video. They record it through their browser, and it appears directly in your application dashboard.
JBC is our platform currency. Instead of paying fixed high fees per job, you purchase JBC in bulk and spend it flexibly—on standard posts, premium boosts, or unlocking specific passive candidates.
Go to your Dashboard and navigate to the "Orders" section. Under the "Transaction History" tab, you will see all your Stripe payments. Click the "Receipt" button to download your official tax invoice.
